The Programme Coordination Unit (PCU) of the Thina Sinako Provincial LED Support Programme makes use of short-term technical expertise to augment the technical expertise provided by its members. Short-term experts are selected from a short-term expert database that has been created for this Programme. Where companies wish to submit experts, they must ensure that the table and a CV are provided for each individual expert.
