The Thina Sinako Provincial LED Support Programme has provided opportunities to access funding through the following Grant Funds: These Funds have been accessed through formal calls for proposals and strict evaluation procedures run in terms of the Practical Guide to contract procedures for European Commission external actions.
Funds have been awarded on a competitive basis, meaning that the best and most innovative proposals have been chosen. The last calls for proposals to the Programme's grant funds were launched in 2009.
